August 2020 - Eynsham, Wharfe Stream Way

I've spent a far too much time behind a screen of late so I was determined to take a walk today.

I'd pondered going further afield, but I couldn't face leaping in the car, so I revisited an old friend, the Wharfe Stream Way

The walk includes one of my favourite trees.

When I went to university, a friend of my brother's gave me the best piece of advice ever..."make friends with the city it will always be there for you".

This walk is one of the first I discovered when I moved to Eynsham over 20 years ago.

It's lovely to see the countryside change during the seasons...

...the same changes every day.

It really is...

...quite glorious.
